Scott Arcand is running for RE-ELECTION to the school board because White Bear Lake Area Schools played a vital role in setting him up for a successful future. The essential skills, knowledge, and work ethic he developed in the district paved the way for him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Education from St. Cloud State University, followed by a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning and a Doctorate in Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Due to this strong foundation, Scott has been able to support his family and is now eager to give back to the community that contributed so much to his growth and success.
